I'm sorry to hear about your brother but you need to have a more positive outlook on this situation. My uncle had bypass surgery when he was 65 - he's now 92! Medicne has come a long way; especially with heart surgery. The Texas Heart Institute in Houston is one of the tops in the country. I'll certainly keep you and your family in my prayers.
