The Chesterfield Club was an illegal Detroit club that opened in the 1920's. It was operated by Lincoln Fitzgerald. He pretty much had a lock on Detroit illegals. There are a number of different illegal club chips IDed to his joints.

He saw the writing on the wall and moved his operations to NV. Rich is right the CC chip was used at the NV Lodge in Tahoe, also. It might be the only illegal that can be positivily IDed as used in NV. The CC is a fairly common chip. Many of them were bought from Fitzgeralds estate after his death.
