If MGM Mirage continues it's licensing agreement with Edgar Rice Burroughs Inc. which is the legal owner of the Tarzan name and everything in the club from the Club's name to these chip all had to be properly licensed.

I made a couple of phone calls and I found out that neither MGM Mirage or Edgar Rice Burroughs would tell me any details of the agreement, Even when I called Disney to find out about their licensing deal for the recent use of the Tarzan name for their movie I was told by a crony that they do not discuss such matters as it was considered confidential.
