One dealer had them for $20 at the LV show in June.
Ebay has had 2 or 3, going in the $15-20 range + postage. I think Jackpot Auctions had one in the $12 range, though I didn't look it up.

Moderately difficult to obtain. IMO I think the $15-20 range will hold up unless a supply gets out after the promotion ends.
