I would back a membership vote on this.
Their are procedues in place to get this done. No need for contributions. I think someone could polish up the wording some. It needs to be very simple. Here is the way I would vote.

1. Should commercially slabbed and graded chips be prohibited from sale on the convention floor by dealers?

NO, chip dealers should be allowed to sell slabbed chips.

2. Should the club prohibit companies, whose primary business purpose as it relates to our hobby is slabbing chips, from having a dealer table at our convention?

Yes, we should prevent slabbing companies from displaying their wares at the convention.

3. Should commercially slabbed and graded chips be accepted for the club's auction?

No.
