It was my understanding that casino chips are actually the property of the Casino. If that is the case, and someone alters there property with a slab, does that not make it a criminal offense? Maybe that is another way for the SlabFree Chapter to go with this. Show the Casino's what is being done with their property, who can instruct the Slab companies to stop with a little cease and desists action.
