Gene - Just saw the pic of the green small crown chip with " SPORTSMAN'S CLUB " on the front . If there is a " 5 " on the back of the chip , then the chip was used at the Sportsman's Club in Santa Maria , CALIFORNIA 1955 - 1960 . I have the orange " 1 " chip from there in my collection .
