Jim will receive the new, 25th Anniversay $3 chip from Palace Station, just as soon as he e-mails me his address anyway.

As stated in the rules, Ralph was the judge and he communicated to me that there was a tie and that I needed to select the winner. Fortunately for Jim (Pierre) the other entry was from yours truely, and although I didn't post it in the rules, my entries were not valid.

BTW-Rhona is not confined to the wheelchair, but Ralph is confined to the cast.
