I have heard that a website (ie personal chip website on say angelfire) can be copied and the just the scans and headings changed. Here are my questions:

1. Is this True?
2. IS there anyone that can help me do it? or do

it for me for a fee?
3. Someone have a pill or something that will

instantly give me the knowledge and time to

do my own website?
