Bob; I can sympathize with what you are going through. I had to spend several days and several nights restoring my computer to where it was, prior to SirCam..... and I had lots of technical help from HP. I hate to see my phone bill next month ... but that bill will be insignificant when compared to the amount of hours it took for the cure. System Restoral was the only way for me to resolve the problem .... which created additional problems. Good Luck!
