You said "strict tabs on their chips inventory including those issued out and those still in their possession and such reports are made on a quarterly basis to the New Jersey Casino Control Commission if any chips are found missing this a very SERIOUS matter"

How do they keep track of chips that walk out of the casinos? It must have something to do with the Hard/Soft count in the casinos and the casinos must have some level of chip displacement
