In light of the allegations, it would seem to me that Mark would want to address them. If he doesn't, it lends credibility to the allegations.

If Mark simply states that he didn't buy up the whole or substantially the whole issue then we will each have to access the information we have.

When I heard the allegations I didn't believe them because in my limited dealings with Mark he seemed to be very upfront and honest. The allegations seemed to be out of character.

But when the allegations were made publicly and Mark didn't deny them or even acknowledge them I had to accept that they were likely were the truth or close to the truth.

BUT THIS WHERE IS THE PROOF STUFF IS REMARKABLE.

I didn't see you stand up for Rene when others claimed he bought the entire MM issue and he claimed he only bought half of it.

Where was the proof? Why should Rene have to answer where Mark doesn't.

No Chuck you don't have to answer the questions. But don't expect us all to accept your pronouncement that the issue is closed.

Until the questions are answered the issue is open.

Its not a personal issue about you, many of us simply insist on deciding for ourselves.

If you have information which will lead us to a decision than share it. If not then you may as well not say anything.
