If your in Canada, maybe that's not Spanking NEW.... but if you're in SOUTHEAST TEXAS that's BRAND NEW! Usually, I (refering to currency) find new to mean current year OR within last 12 months. Sometimes NEW refers to LAST printing (those can be years old).
