I am not sure about your NEW COLLECTOR'S information.

Possible, but I would believe that if Collector's Universe were to slab chips it would fall under their PCGS umbrella even though it was Steve Rocchi - President, Professional Sports Authenticator (PSA) who spoke at the convention representing Collector's Universe. Putting the Grading and Slabbing of Casino Chips under the umbrella of PSA is strange at best.

It's been reported that Steve Rocchi of PSA that Collectors Universe won't make a decision regarding the slabbing of Casino Chips until late this year.

Anything is possible though. I've checked Collector's Universe website and haven't seen any announcement there regarding this.

As forthright as Steve Rocchi was at the convention, I would believe that he or another authority at Collector's Universe would make a public announcement on their website or to one of the collector's bulletin boards. Most likely our CCGTCC message board since they are well aware of the club.
