I received an e-mail today from a new collector regarding chips. After responding, he forwarded an e-mail about some high-end chips which also discusses PSA starting to grade chips within the next two months. I apologize if this is old news. Regardless, it sounds like BAD NEWS to me. Quoting the e-mail - "Prices have been going up even without grading, so I look for grading to do to chips what it did for BB cards." So it sounds like PSA is looking to ruin our hobby too.
