I think my scanner has passed away. I guess it will go into that mass grave with the deceased chips.
When I scan all I get is a big black rectangle. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the scanner software. Does anyone else have any suggestions before I head out to Staples or Best Buy or WalMart etc?
BTW, it is a Umax Astra 1220P.
