To my knowledge Mandalay Resorts (then Circus-Circus Enterprises) used these chips at some of their Sports Books (Circus-Circus and Excalibur for sure, in fact Excalibur had two versions). The Edgewater has a $2 version, and it may have just been good for cash. Anyway, when a player bought a Racing Form, they were also given one of the NCV chips. The player could then use the NCV chip to place a horse race bet (hence the twin-Q, as in qinella (may be spelled wrong)).

Thats it. Oh, I am looking for others, like the Luxor, and I have an Excalibur to trade (the non- "Twin-Q Only" version).
