OF COURSE we DID!!

I wanted to comment:
When I downloaded Norton last October - my computer was still infected with the kakworm (although we "thought we had it clean" - we didn't.) The virus was smart enough to interfere with the installation of Norton Antivirus. I had to get professional help to rid me of the virus BEFORE Norton could effectively protect my system.
THEN I reinstalled the Norton - and since then, all has been well.
I kind of forgot about that until yesterday - when I asked if Norton and McAfee were quantantining these PRIOR to allowing them to actually hit the inbox.
