rub. I am not a Moose however, I suspect that the vail of secrecy that you are experiencing with the people that you are in contact with, will also apply to the Moose/chipper that you seek. If the information is not releasable to you by an official (because you are not a Moose), then why would it be releasable to you by a lower level member?

It is quite possible that you are asking a member to betray their oath or alligence of membership.
