Not much! North Dakota is a little out of "Mr. Pacific Northwest's" area.
1. not many people there--second smallest population of any state, I believe (Wyoming is #1)
2. gambling rules are strange: charity games are legal, the charities often rotate though the casino locations stay the same (!), max bet is $5, BJ and poker are legal, though poker games are few & far between
3. if you are having a bad run of cards, it's a loooooong way to the next town to "change tables"
