The General, aka - Chuck Smorse, though controversial at times, is one of the most honest and dependable dealers in Vegas. Although a competitor, I have to admire his honesty and interest in promoting this hobby.

Please note I said "one of". The vast majority of chip dealers in Vegas fit the same description. We, as dealers, all compete with each other and that competition is good in holding down prices for the collector.
