Your going to have to end the auction, the opening prices of an auction cannot be changed.

Besure to send e-mail to support@ebay.com and explain to them that you made a mistake in the opening bid for this auction and that you ended the auction early and are requesting a refund on the listing fee, A good portion of the time will issue a refund. I've made this goof a few times and 100% of the time I've gotten my listing fee back.
