Actually you can go further and find it at CompUSA/Best Buy in a single CD package (no software package, just the CD in an envelope) for $19.99. Its legit, you're not buying the wrapping, just the CD.
But if you buy the retail package you usually get a $10 or $20 rebate.
BTW - you can download a program from symantec (free of charge) to check your machine of SirCam (and other nasties) and remove them.
