I received a copy of SirCam this morning. Fortunately it was caught by Norton immediately, here is the text of the message:

attachment name was based on a file stored in the senders machine ( .doc) with the .lnk extension. This would cause windows to attempt to execute the shortcut and run the virus code.
One thing is that the person who supposedly sent it is a little better in grammar than this message.
