If you are fortunate enough that your email server or software will identify the attachments before downloading or opening them to your computer you have the option of accepting or rejecting the attachments. Read the email and if it contains any of the content that was previous mentioned ie. I SEND YOU THIS FILE IN ORDER TO HAVE YOUR ADVICE or I JUST WANTED YOUR ADVISE ON THIS ATTACHMENT or some variation of that do not accept any attachment. I am fortunate that all my email that contains attachments gives me the title of the file that is attached and keeps it on AOL's servers till I download them. I, personally, do not intend to download anything that contains more than one extension or anything that contains one of the forementioned messages.
