... is definitely a Sting Ray (1963-1967). I can't tell for sure from the scan and don't remember now from having examined the chip itself (which is at home & I'm not). The '63 had two horizontal side vents (right behind the front wheel well). The '64 through '67 models had vertical vents (as I recall, three vents in '64, '65 and '66 and four in '67, though I'm not sure about that). Anyway, mine was a '67 maroon convertible with a white top and black interior. I named her "So Rare, Too", after an earlier family car called "So Rare".
I put approximately 48,000 miles on it in six months, got 18 speeding tickets (fortunately spread over 12 states and pre-computerized interstate driving records!!) and sold it for more than I paid for it (long story which I can't tell now but if you bug me later, I will! ).
