IF the problems persist to the point where you have exhausted all possibilities, there is a product called "Avitrol". It is used around outdoor food services where the bird MUST be controlled for health reasons. It is a last resort (for you and the bird). I have seen it used, it works, and UNFORTUNATELY it kills the birds. It is birdseed laced with poison. You bait the birds with good seed for a few days, and then switch to Avitrol for a few days. Birds are GONE, literally. This may be a bit extreme for you right now, but know that there IS an answer if you come to that point. Avitrol is just one of many such products. Check with a hardware or feed store for it. Also an exterminator would have info on the products. R.I.P.
