A question: what do the chips say below the
10000 and 50000 ?

Most likely these are related to the Seaview
Casino in the Rajin-Sonbong Free Trade Zone
in the extreem North East of North Korea where
North Korea/China/Russia all come together.

This Casino opened in mid 1999 and only caters
to non North Korean players, mostly from China.
It is managed by a Hong Kong hotel group.

News reports indicated a second casino was also
planned for the same area.
