Maybe Steve Goodrich can tell us what we have here. Illegal? Do they have legal card rooms in ID? Interesting red hot stamp. Would like to know what the hand represents.
I got this 5 chip set from Mike Spinetti's Discount Chip Mart.
If you are interested in this set, best to move on it. Only 100 of the black & grey chips made. The other colors are white, green, & yellow.
