The most recent one I got came from Ken Gates. The attached file was named:

The Fathers Eyes.doc.zlg

The message in the email was:

Hi! How are you?

I send you this file in order to have your advice

Note that the file name ends in .zlg, but has another .doc in front of it. I have seen it with a .xls in front of it also. They do this to fool you, make you think it is a word document or excel file so that you will open it.
