I don't remember too many in LV (comparative to the number of casinos). Don't know why - maybe someone else can answer that. But many of them also have fractionals (less than $1.00) - insert pai-gow quarter thread here..

All of the AC hotels do and none of them use fractionals - of course the table minimums are more than LV so fractionals do not make sense.
