My experience is, they won't let you use electronic communication devices at the table games. I have to get up and move away from the table to talk on the phone. Wouldn't want someone at an angle that could peek at the dealer's hole card giving me info. Other than that, I've seen no evidence Nevada casinos care one bit about cell phone use.
