Sometimes my wife and I go to Atlantic City with her sister and brother-in-law. When we do her sister brings along her walkie talkies and they work great. I've walked right past security several times while I was talking on them and they never said a word. As far as a cell phone I've tried that too but they really don't work very well inside a casino. Once again I've walked past security and they never said anything. So I would have to say its ok to use them inside a casino. At least in Atlantic City.
