is going on here. Several software development companies offer, for sale, different versions of auction site software. For all we know Jackpot Auctions is using a legitimate (and perfectly legal) software program that has been customized for their name. I have seen many, many auction sites and they all look quite a bit alike, just like most cars look alike.

I make no pro or con statements about Jackpot Auctions, I only suggest that they have not copied the eBay site and are not capitalizing on eBays past investments in a dastardly manner.

Greg Susong's Message Board was in existence well before the CC>CC's Message Board (and they are identical). Do you not use the CC>CC Board because it is a copy of Greg's? Nothing ominous here, I just think that you are mistaken about eBay's Rights.
