Slick Steve Wynn is keeping very tight lipped, There has been a lot of speculation and in fact I remember reading in the LV Review-Journal that it will most likely be in October, according to the report Wynn has given notice to a few of the Desert Inn's neighbors that some imploding will occur then but we'll see he may be just blowing cigar smoke to confuse the press and interested onlookers.
