If the purple "LVC" crest and seal is actually from the Las Vegas Club, why not.
Las Vegas Club opened in 1931, the Turf chip delivered in 1933.
Both Fortune Club and Cal-Neva got their c&s chips through B.C. Wills same as was the Turf club.
