The only thing I can credit SWA for is their prices. I can fly from Cleveland to Baltimore for $99 on Continental (my choice of airlines) simply because Baltimore is a large SWA hub and competitors meet or beat SW pricing. I'm even willing to pay a bit more to be treated like a human with a reserved seat rather than a head of cattle being lead to slaughter.
