I found a reference to the Circus chip on pg. 67 of Campiglia & Wells, 2nd edition. They describe the chip you have as a R-6, valued 10-20-30, 6th issue from Circus Circus in Las Vegas.

My guess on Baldini's is V2044! They look like small balls to me! :o)
