I had several of these un-named blank cards given to me by a collector friend in Illinois that were dated 12/98. He told me they were intended for high rollers on one of the "riverboats" (Joliet maybe?). One is still in my collection, the others were put into slot card round robins. I think I may have given one to Janice O'Neal and/or Carolyn Donley some time ago. Sorry, no extras left.
