I have seen them, and thought I had one. However, I don't see it in the collection. Must have gotten removed when I tried to get all the dupes out of the Harrahs cards a few months ago. I have one with the gold sticker, but not with the word "star" on it. It is pictured in the Donnelly book, but I don't see a separate entry for it in the Lamb/Wells book.

Anyone have a trader?
