The Hacienda dollar looks like one of the US silver dollars that the casinos marked with a sticker, hoping that the tourists would play it rather than put it in their pocket to take home. I haven't seen one exactly like this before, but would estimate a value at $10-13, about what a circulated dollar is worth.
The Hacienda free play is an aluminum token. It's valued at $6-8 in the Nevada Casino Ppromo Token book.
