Amazing how Cox treats customers in different areas. I have Cox here and I think it stinks! My cable connection is as slow as any basic phone line connection I ever had. Strange things are always happening. I've never had a rebate and have often spent an hour or so on the phone with techs that aren't able to figure out what is wrong. Go figure. Maybe in my next life I'll get a more reliable internet connection.
