I take your report as written, I have no problem with it.

I do have some concerns with both ICG and Mr. Hallenbeck regarding this specific slabbed chip, no one else.

As for tamper proof... I hear "laser's" are doing some interesting things these days. Especially with baseball cards and cutting them out of sheets in order to get the high value cards to grade at Gem Mint 10's according to my baseball card dealer.

If ICG did slab this chip, in doing so in my opinion makes them look really stupid.
