My previous experience with Norm Clem is that he is the fairest and I mean the fairest dealer I know. Can't tell you the multi-hundreds of chips I bought from him for $1.00 over face at many chip shows. I believe it is probably a misprint, and if not, he has some other reason. I just can't believe that Norm, of all people, would gouge anyone.
