According to TCR statistics in the Appendix, only one of the 50 is a "special purpose chip", like a Win-Cards, I guess. The rest supposedly are regular table chips.
However, I did a flip through my NCV collection and see the six Opera House (North LV) tournament chips and many of the Sams Town tournament chips are unicorn mold. Looks like some coding of the records in TCR database needs to be looked at. The 'Special Use/General Use' field doesn't show in the printed book so you can't check it there.
