Right now Trump is a rich guy with no money ! Unless he takes a partner (highly unlikely as it didn't work before with Harrahs) or sells another of his casinos to build here, we won't see anything built on that land under the "Trump" banner. In my opinion, his best bet would be to sell the land to another casino company and use the cash to "spruce up" his existing properties as with all the expansion and modernization of existing properties as well as the new casinos being built and in the planning stages, his casinos ---left as is --- have nowhere to go but DOWN!
