I was thinking the same thing. Some of those wheel checks are exact copies of USPC designs.
I remember a story at the Burt Co. about Jack Myers sending a scroll mold to Spain. He thought he could save some money on his chips. After several orders did not turn out good, he returned to the Burts for his chips. This may be that Spanish Company?
