Had me going too and I saw the same article, before, about a year or so ago. Either I was just forgetfull or REALLY GULLIBLE. Maybe it is just healthy synicism of our government. I wouldn't put it past them. Besides, as mentioned earlier in the legislature, a bill would carry numbers like S. XXX for a Senate bill and H.R. XXX for a house bill. I should have recognized that something was wrong there.
