Too bad you didn;t show the backs of these two cards. The yellow one was definately used at the Lady Luck Bettendorf (Iowa) Riverboat, as I got one of them in '95. The white one does look like the Las Vegas version, and there were thoughts that the other Lady Luck locations may have used some of the cards that didn't list a location to fill in some times. My Lady Luck Bettendorf card had a "21" to start the account number.
