I know that they are playable but do they need to be approved by the Gaming Control Board or Casino Control Commission even though they are NCV because as stated before in a previous post NCV need regulatory approval where as NVC don't.

Also are there any Fun-Nites out there that aren't done as a hot-stamp? Most of the ones that I have acquired over the years such as Harrah*s at Trump Plaza or Playboy have always been done as a hot stamp. Inquiring Minds want to know.
